Terms and conditions governing use of the CircusINC Events website and enquiries submitted through it.

By accessing this website you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Use of the site
You may view, download and print pages from this website for your own personal or internal business use, subject to the restrictions below. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-licence, reproduce, duplicate or copy material from this website for a commercial purpose without our written consent.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, CircusINC Events owns the intellectual property rights in the website and the material on it, including all photography of events we have produced. Client logos, brand names and event marks belong to their respective owners.
4. Engagements and quotations
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quotation or offer. All event engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms and cancellation, agreed between CircusINC Events and the client before work begins.
5. Enquiries you send us
Details you submit through the enquiry form or by email are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to plan a possible engagement. We do not sell or trade your contact details.
6. Limitation of liability
This website is provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CircusINC Events excludes liability for any loss arising from use of this website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
